Low as suggested by Elgaton on #u-bugs; seems reasonable because you can
work around it and it's not a big problem.
I do wonder if the problem here is related to encrypted swap with
encrypted home, I think the logs are showing you have encrypted home,
and I wonder if the original swap isn't
I'm afraid that's not his problem. My home folder is not encrypted and the
problem affects me too.
