update. If that issue still exist, report again using ubuntu-bug.

To manage notifications about
After filing this bug, I then went to email sam about it. The maximised
thunderbird window was still shown under the launcher even after
switching workspaces. However as soon as I clicked on send, the
launcher hid again.
