** Description changed:
My 11.10 Unity/Desktop has crashed twice tonight symptoms desktop
frozen, unity panel showing.
Its happened twice this evening not sure what caused it suspect it was
super+w (seemed to be when I had 5+ windows open) although not sure couldn't
restart desktop
unity has just crashed/frozen again.. was not using super+w
