Your suggestion was correct. It works in a guest session. But it does not
resolve problem in my user's session.

change to English. You might want to test in a guest session as well.

There is not gnome-terminal's icon in the results list when I type 'term'. Like
on screenshot which I've attached.

For me, gnome-terminal appears at the top when I type term, terminal
or gnome-terminal. Is localization to blame in your case?
What do you mean by suggests anyway? Google-style suggests? Or
highlighting of the result?
