I believe this should be two bugs. The put top right problem is likely
just a type somewhere, the other two are more of a conceptual problem I
guess. Please fix, grid is incredibly useful on big screens!

Funny enough, Put Left and Put Right were working for me in Natty
(if I remember correctly), so I think it's something different, although
probably related.
