Public bug reported:

ltsp-server currently Recommends tftpd-hpa. While this isn't inherently
wrong, it however ends up pulling an unnecessary dependency, in a
situation when dnsmasq is installed and properly configured to serve as
a TFTP server. The suggestion is thus to add |dnsmasq to the Recommends
fragment about tftpd-hpa.
