Public bug reported:
A scrollbar, probably formerly belonging to some window that has already
been closed, has remained on my screen and won't disappear. It is always
on top of the active window. It's there, floating.
See attached screenshot: in the screenshot, the background is my desktop
(the blue bar is part of the wallpaper); however even if I maximize a
window, the scrollbar will remain there.
This is the first time it happens.
