The vertical spacing between checkboxes in the "Ubuntu Software" tab of
Software Sources increases in height along with the window. The spacing
of other widgets is increased proportionally. No change in spacing
should occur, except between the "Download from:" drop-down menu and the
"Installable from CD-ROM/DVD" text box; alternatively, the text box
could grow larger vertically while all other vertical spacing remains
unchanged.

See the "Updates" tab for an example of how this should behave.
