Public bug reported:

http://www.property24.com/ currently does not open. Instead it suggests
downloading "mobile.aspx".

Changing the UA string by removing "Ubuntu" from the string or
relocating it allows proper access to the page.

In other words,
Firefox 9.0.1:: Mozilla/5.0 (Ubuntu; X11; Linux i686; rv:9.0.1) Gecko/20100101
Firefox/9.0.1 does not work.
Firefox 9.0.1:: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:9.0.1) Gecko/20100101, Ubuntu,
Firefox/9.0.1 works.

Other Linux distros (not related to Ubuntu) do not have a problem. Nor
does Chromium sourced from Ubuntu. In the case of Chromium, "Ubuntu"
does not precede "X11" and is placed lower down in the string, after
"(KHTML, like Gecko)".

There have been reports of two other sites not opening with Ubuntu's Firefox,
or mistaking Ubuntu's Firefox as a mobile platform:

and
