Public bug reported:

Wacom Intuos4 stylus sensitivity jumps to very hard (as in I have to
press suddenly harder to draw) if stylus is set to relative mode.
Workaround is to quit Mypaint, set stylus to absolute mode, set stylus
to relative mode again and open Mypaint.
