Haven't seen this issue since upgrading to precise. However, hard to say
if this problem is over now as it always was shown up sporadicly.
I don't think that Bug #927515 describes the same issue, as Thunderbird
doesn't generally consume CPU. But when this problem shows it always
consumes 100% of
