I need a little more to go on. Without the BUILD-THE-INFRASTRUCTURE
script being able to run, there is no pkglib in Makefile.am at this
stage to edit. I tried this with both Fedora and Ubuntu and got the same
build error each way. Could you issue new build instructions that
include what new to do
