Title:
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 986205 ***
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/986205
The problem occurs for all documents containing form controls (text
fields, checkboxes, etc.), this issue is tracked in bug #986205, I'm
therefore marking this bug as a duplicate. Any further discussion
Bryan Quigley, nice work checking into the upstream build. However,
please do not toggle libreoffice (Ubuntu), as this report has enough
information to be marked and remain Triaged. For more on this please
see: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Status
** Changed in: libreoffice (Ubuntu)
Status:
Unreproducible in upstream LibreOffice. I removed all base components
after installing LibreOffice from upstream debs.
Likely a difference between how LibreOffice is packaged vs upstream?
** Changed in: libreoffice (Ubuntu)
Status: Triaged = Confirmed

base_3.5.0-13_amd64.deb libobasis3.5-postgresql-sdbc_3.5.0-13_amd64.deb
libreoffice3.5-base_3.5.0-13_amd64.deb
and it still worked..
