Doesn't happen anymore - after yesterdays update. Used to happen when I
shut down ubuntu without bothering to close other running apps including
Firefox.

It's happened again and I think I know when.
It's happening after login, when my Gnome session is being restored.
It's trying to open Firefox and its crashing.
