I just created for testing purpose a new user account and opened the
rhythmbox import dialog. The problem is the same as described in the
bug. So if this is a Nautilus bug, should I add Nautilus as affected
project?

Thanks, the screenshot has clarified the issue - and I can reproduce it
too.
This bug is in GTK+ and has already been filed upstream. You can track
it and make comments at
