In our design call with Mark on Feb 16th, Mark requested that the
default MAAS name be blank and so would show up simply as MAAS.
In #cloud-dev we discussed this bug report and Francis asked for my
input. I agreed that $hostname MAAS would make a good default in order
to distinguish one MAAS from

I don't really like how My Maas sounds but maybe that's just me. This
is a really easy fix once we agree on what the default should be:
$hostname Maas … $Hostname Maas?
