Public bug reported:
I upgraded a virtual server using do-release-upgrade -d from 11.04 to
11.10... all went well and the boot splash screen changed to 11.10.
I restarted when prompted then issued another do-release-upgrade -d from
11.10 to 12.04 and noticed after upgrade and restart that the boot
splash screen still shows 11.10.
This is not a big issue but I figured I would post it since you guys are
working on the release for 12.04
