Right Click on the Menu will make it frozen and will never disappear
I also confirm it.
The menu usually disappears when one clicks away from it, but this doesn't
happen if we right-clicked something on the menu, triggering the (ADD TO
DESKTOP - PROPERTIES) form.
When we trigger the said form, the focus of the system in turned to it,
forgetting the Menu.. so
On my Lubuntu 13.10 updated from 13.04 I can reproduce this:

Hi,
I confirm this. Any time the menu is opened, with just a regular click
on the button to get the main menu it needs to be again clicked to have
it closed. Having it fixed would be nice.
