Aah! It's been closed with a misunderstanding. Trying to clarify and get
reopened... In the meantime, @ben should try using qtconfig from
terminal(Install the package qt4-qtconfig)

If you have a digital camera, feel free to use that to take a picture.
If you can do so, use Macro focus mode(Not very important) to get better
focus. Don't use a flash. Then attach the picture you take here or email
it to me.

Ben, It's OK if there is a delay. It's actually easy to take a
screenshot. Just press the [print screen] key on your keyboard and
within moments, you'll get a dialog box prompting you to save it. Then,
you can attach it here or email it to me if you are not comfortable.

Well, I couldn't get the screenshot, the print screen key did nothing when I
pressed it. Is there any way to do this manually? I am very new at this, it
feels like I'm learning a foreign language. But I appreciate all the help.

Hello Robert,
Thank you for bug report. However, upstream has marked your issue as invalid
because you gave wrong link in report - it leads to question related to
firefox. I have posted correct link to Launchpad already.
