Steps to reproduce: - Login to Lubuntu (using encrypted home) - Insert some USB Media - Accept to view the contents in the popup dialog - Select some of the contents, next hit ctrl+c - click somewhere on the Desktop - hit ctrl-v The described dialog shall popup. I suspect this to be some sort
