I think I know how to reproduce it now.
Open ccsm and then enable or disable woozy window(the stunt shows window with
resilience) and the bug will appear
And logout and then login will cure it _

I can also reproduce it in guest session. Resilience window itself should not
be blamed, because after I login again, the resilience window and luncher all
functions well.
So I think the bug is caused during the process of enabling or disabling
Resilience window
