Thanks for catching this bug. I have tested both alternate and desktop
media for the 20070319.1 daily release and the problem does not occur:
1. Reboot from installation proceeds as expected
2. Shutdown from installed system shuts down the machine
3. Reboot from installed system reboots the

Artur, I might also point out that this adapter is rapidly becoming
obsolete. I think development on this driver is coming to a screeching
because they can no longer be purchased. You might save yourself a great
deal of hassle by springing for a newer USB wireless gizmo. My Intel
ipw2200 driver

Resolved by looking at what video card Knoppix deteced, copying the xorg
file onto a USB memory drive, rebooting Ubuntu, dropping into text mode,
and adding in to the virtual filesystem the xorg file. Fawn now finds
the right driver, and all's well.

Ok, yes, I disabled the bogofilter, and deinstalled it. I also
reinstalled all evolution and spamasassin packages, and I installed even
spamc (which was not installed).
Now it works.
