Hi Bryce,
The hotkey itself is functional, as in, if I press it, the integrated
display does some flickering thing (like other systems do just before
sending the display to external), but external still shows nothing.
xrandr --auto doesn't do anything.
xrandr -q shows this with the external

Are you running The classic gnome session or a Unity session. In case of
latter I think bug should be filed against the package Unity as the
top panel in Unity is unity-panel and is different from the classic
one.
Also I could not reproduce the bug with Unity-panel in a fresh install

I think it probably is at least partly a grub-emu problem. In
particular, grub-emu starts a separate window, but then takes input from
the terminal where you started grub-emu rather than from that window.

I'm running natty, and I'm able to easily reproduce this by doing:
$ d=$(mktemp -d)
$ truncate --size 1440K ${d}/file.img;
$ mkdir ${d}/dest
$ euca-bundle-image --image ${d}/file.img --arch i386 --dest ${d}/dest

Okay, I thought I had fixed this correctly before, with the sunsetting
of the screen-profiles package.
Evidently that was wrong.
Can someone clearly explain to me what needs to be done in byobu at this
point to fix this? Do I need to resurrect a screen-profiles binary
package to force the
301 - 400 of 2911 matches
