libunity-dev 5.0, but compiles fine when changing this to libunity-dev
4.0. So for the ones on i386, download the source package (apt-get
source telepathy-indicator), edit debian/control file and change the 5.0

Thanks jono, it was still launching gade-gtk2 forked that was removed
that we did previous cycle and is now removed. Anyway, now that quickly
is using gtk3, we can just run glade (for gtk3). Fixed in trunk now.

You're right: it's announce-ip and another local script from
/etc/network/if-up.d/ (I'm attaching it here) that both seem to trigger
this if either is present. This other one's sort of like the opposite of
my announce-ip, there to update /etc/hosts with data from hosts
elsewhere on the net my
So, if do-release-upgrade -d is used, upstart is in fact upgraded before
mysql, and this problem does not appear. I'm lowering this to Medium,
since that is by far the preffered method.

right, format a partition as swap, then format it without clearing it as
reiserfs. Then run vol_id to try to identify the partition, it'll identify

Ubuntu Server edition can install a system on a headless device but at
no point during the installation does it ask whether the server should
be set to actually use the console (com0:) in the future. Since many
servers are headless, there should be an option to activate the
