I now tested that on Ubuntu 18.04 this works like it should. The
shutdown can be canceled and in addition there's an info text saying
that the machine will automatically shut down in 60 secs.

apport 2.20.11 and earlier have an unhandled exception vulnerability during
parsing apport-ignore.xml.
