I am not sure if we actually want to do that. There's a bunch of other
header files in php5-dev and if we add dependency on all of them (and
some of them are not used on every build) then we end up with huge
depends field.

Regarding the workaround I describe in Bug #550022, I should also note
that I had to uninstall package nautilus-share before I could
uninstall samba-common-bin. After the workaround, I of course
reinstalled nautilus-share.

I am only concerned because one PC did not require me to mount the drive
first while the second PC required me to mount the drive. The simplicity
of Ubuntu (Not having to go to the terminal as often as some of the
other Linux releases) is one of it's outstanding traits.

Hi! I've been testing Lucid Lynx Beta 1 for only a few days, got some
updates installed already and other applications like Wine, GIMP and
Ubuntu Tweak. I replaced Empathy with Pidgin and included it in the
startup application. However, I noticed

I just came across this issue while trying out the lubuntu-desktop
packages. Same condition exists in the postinst and postrm calls for the
lubuntu-plymouth-theme package.

I'm pretty sure that when the bug first appeared (in Jaunty) I was
running the same version of nvidia's drivers in both Intrepid and
Jaunty, and Intrepid didn't have the problem.
Note it's not just the nvidia driver that has a problem - VirtualBox's
video driver also doesn't refresh the screen.
Same problem hAdministrationere on all my Karmic (32-bit) boxes. Clocks
went forward an hour last night, but system time didn't change.
Wheither I go SystemAdministrationTime and Date, or try this via the
Clock?Calender applet, teh settings have no effect.
If I run ntpdate in terminal, I get:
