I Have reproduced this bug in a fresh Lucid install. Libvirtd (running
on Lucid), with one v-domain (also Lucid) on hardware with three virtual
bridges (br0, br1 and br2, each connected to a physical ehternet
interface eth0 eth1 eth2).
The temp. fix mentioned by Stuart in #8 fixes the problem for

OK, I misread use_authtok. It will *not* prompt for a new password if
none has been set by the previous module in stack. Since pam_unix
doesn't prompt for a new password (due to user DOMAIN\first.last does
not exist in /etc/passwd), pam_winbind has nothing to use and fails.

It is a bridge problem. I get the same freeze if I delete a tap interface from
the bridge. I was trying to use a static tap interface and use it from the
virtual machine, then I executed the command:

All spaces was stored as \040 in ~/.mysql_history on 9.10. But in 10.04
they use normal spaces.

I repeated test 1 using xrandr -q --verbose xrandr.txt however no output was

So it seems that the print job does go to the printer but nothing
happens (other than a short blinking led). Nothing appears in the error
log I printed out. When I set to the OKI C5900(PS) it at least comes up
with an error complaining about paper sizes and I can press OK and it
will print. So
that's +1 go ahead and seed. :)

Interesting. I don't have NTFS, FAT, or VFAT drives hooked to my box.
Wondering how I can tell what's being referred to being on port #. I
had many devices attached to USB ports, so I'll try to isolate the issue

Some ideas why logging in could fail:
* If for a second it says server not responding, restarting.., then it might
be an ssh-keys problem, which you normally solve with sudo ltsp-update-sshkeys
sudo ltsp-update-image.
* If you do see that not responding message, and updating the ssh keys
I tested it now with a lucid installation and it seems to work.

Hi Martin,
i'm installing this update now and see that the debconf dialog box is
still so confusing:
the text is : Continue without installing GRUB ? (with the non selected
checkbox)
how people can understand that ?
Looking at help even dont answer this question: may i check or not to install.
This is a real bug. It affects me in Lucid 10.04 LTS. It did not
affect me in 8.04 LTS.
Some Radeon 7000 VE cards have two VGA connectors and some have one VGA
and one DVI connector. The current code assumes tow VGA.
A fix has been checked in upstream:

I'm on ubuntu 10.04 and I use the yorba ppa to update my shotwell
installation so I'm using the latest version.
Everytime I click on a link in my places folder or a shortcut I place
elsewhere to folders such as Documents, Pictures, Music, etc.

This problem happens because I use /etc/init.d/mysqld_multi.server. I
have removed the official /etc/init.d/mysql using update-rc.d . It's not
enough... Installation process should be aware of using another almost
standard script...

I did test 1 again with the kernel option drm.debug=0x02 as suggested.
The first time the ssh session froze and so I couldn't run the commands,
but it worked the second time. I have attached the output files from
these commands.
