I have the same problem, except I've not yet experience this with
workstations, as I haven't used them as of yet, but I do have this
issues with Xeniel, generally. I've experienced it on all 3 computers
I've installed it on.

I'm having the same problem, but it's installing packages on Ubuntu 16.04,
having no relation to 12.04, as I did a fresh install.
I'm having the problem with Google Chrome, Ubuntu Tweak, Kompozer, and a few
others. Those were just the ones that I remember.

While burning the ISO to USB, I did get an error about checksum didn't
match. I had taken the USB out and plugged it into another port.
