After restarting, I'm not getting it at the moment. It could be due to
the fact that avahi-daemon didn't start automatically? I had started it
manually after modifying /etc/default/avahi-daemon (not sure why it was
set not to start up automatically, though).

By the way, I applied the f-spot_0.1.11-3ubuntu4.diff.gz file to the
pristine f-spot 0.2.0 source tree. It didn't apply completely cleanly,
but after updating (only) the debian/changelog file, I was able to
successfully build f-spot_0.2.0-0ubuntu1_i386.deb. It installs and runs
OK, but the Print

I'm having similar trouble. I haven't yet tried it from the command
line, but here are my symptoms:
The Write Image dialog takes several minutes to appear, in the interim
between when an the write to disc button is clicked or a .iso file's
context menu's write to disc entry is selected, CPU usage

I just burned an edgy knot-2 CD, ejected it, and reloaded it to run an
md5sum check on it. After doing this, I attempted to eject it using
nautilus to no avail. I got this message:
umount: only ivman can unmount /dev/hdc from /media/dvdrw
eject: unmount of `/media/dvdrw'
I just tested with an edgy Knot-2 Live CD, and it was unable to power
off after plugging and unplugging the power cable.

This probably has to do with the prism2 driver being re-enabled. On my
T30 with a minipci orinoco card, I was able to get it working by doing
this:
$ sudo modprobe -r orinoco_pci
$ sudo modprobe -r hostap_pci
$ sudo modprobe -r prism2_pci
$ sudo modprobe orinoco_pci

Hmm... just had a problem, though it didn't freeze, the keyboard events
stopped being handled by X, though the mouse events kept working. I
could ssh in, but sudo wouldn't return, and system load was at 4 or 5,
while no processes were running. Checked the syslog after powering off
and cold

Librarian though the sysinfo.strace file was html for some reason.
Hopefully it'll set the mimetype right when the file extension is .txt.

[edgy] Couldn't start sysinfo, kept crashing
And here's the strace associated with the run that produced the crash.
This run is on a different machine from the one that originally caused
me to report the bug. So far, I have been unable to run sysinfo in edgy
at all.

Another possible solution from the terminal:
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libesd.so.0 /usr/lib/libesd.so.1
The flash plugin attempts to load the ESD library through the wrong
filename.

I can no longer reproduce this with either the latest or any earlier
kernels anymore. Perhaps an update to another package resolved this?
Anyway, it means I can now bring my sister's T22 up to Dapper, too.
