The apport should be working, as it helped me to report bugs before,
even this one I could report once before, but at the moment evolution
only crashes immediately WITHOUT apport window opening.

although gnome-clock is listed as provider, I get his output in the terminal:

On Ubuntu 10.10 I have the same problems for some days now, did not
change anything in Banshee and there was no update I guess.
When I start with sudo banshee, the program would start, but would not find the
music files in the music home folder.
Here is what I get in the terminal, perhaps it
TB Header Tools 0.71 was great help to edit empty or useless subjects in
order to find an important email again. But unfortunately I have not

disappointed. Even the lightweight window manager fluxbox can do it, why not
gnome (which I so far liked):

Desperately I would like to finally move from Windows to Ubuntu and the last

Thanks for your efforts! It is quite a long time ago ... As I could not
trust UbuntuOne anymore, I haven't used it as backup, so it should not
have changed much.
Something different to add: Although I set the preferences to show
never, it appears always? with a new boot.

The logs (syncdaemon.log) that I retrieved soon after the error (loss of
data) occurred were uploaded when I wrote the bug report.
