Bug is still happening on Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS. I'm using an external Apple Alu Keyboard. The interesting thing is, that repeat rate and delay are correct for the internal keyboard of the notebook but they are wrong for the plugged in keyboard. If I go into settings and set it again it is correct
