I can confirm this bug too after I upgraded my Twinhead laptop to Feisty Beta
the fan stopped working after resuming from hibernate. Here are the requested

I'm glad to see, that there's finally someone trying to help me. :)
Here we go. ;)
A few days after the new release I made a fresh new installation (no upgrade)
on my laptop.
However, this bug still occurs, but behaves a little bit different.
I still believe it's a kernel releated problem.
Soon after I wrote this bug report, a kernel update was released and I
updated. But the problem still exist.

Shutting down the system works fine. On a reboot the system ist shutting down
properly, but after the last message, that says something like System will
restart now the screen goes blank and nothing
