The software-properties-gtk starts, but the last tab (which is a new
tab), captioned "Livepatch", does not work.
The text says "Checking availability...", then, after a while an
"internal error detected" dialog comes up.
So "livepatch" does not work (at least does not seem to).

I found that if I move a bit the "import requests_unixsocket" line (in file
LivepatchService.py), then the software-properties-gtk call *works*.
Please somebody either propagate this solution (if it is a true solution), or
tell me how to propagate.
(I do not know shat is exactly happening.

I could only resolve the ssh issue with killing the apt process, and restarted
networking.
This is a pretty bad issue imho. Upgrading packages through ssh should not
disconnect the session, but even if it is, upgrading the systemd package should
not result in not being able to log back in ever
And logging in on the console the apt process was waiting on for some answers:

While the do-release-upgrade was running, (in a separate window) I
queried the current locale. It was:

I have an Ubuntu with kernel 4.15.0-34-generic and network driver sky2.
The network (IP address, DNS server etc.) does *not* resume after a suspend.
So the bug is (still) present.

manager for Gnome 3, which is metacity for Gnome 2. So libmutter could
not be used for gnome-flashback probably...

Looking at these briefly I can see why this was not implemented at first.
As far as I can tell it is hard to tell which window has the focus right now.
The .js version uses libmutter mutter-3.28.1/src/core/display-private.h, which
has an interesting comment on this:

At first I was very surprised that there was no 'Encrypt Home' option.
So I thought.. ok then, encrypt the whole disk. But then it also checked the

was installing lubuntu. told installer to erase disk and install,
pressed next, installer first said partman crashed, then it closed
entirely and left a window the length of my screen that had no text, but
was transparent and showed my background

sleep.d folder. Added files 10_touchpad and trackpad and tried to
different scrips I found in the forums. I found a old tip, add
atkbd.reset in grub. I went to support channel on irc and asked there. I

I've just installed Ubuntu-trusty, and noticed that in Thunderbird the
fonts are rendered incorrectly. It seemed that the problem is with sub-
pixel rendering.
After much googling and finding nothing I've started to compare the
/etc/fonts/conf.d dir on my Precise machin
Patch linked by Hamer13 works for me as well.
