I can confirm Paul's experience. Copy (shift-ctrl-c) works fine but
Paste (shift-ctrl-v or any other shortcut I put in there for that
matter) doesn't work. Shift-insert does work as does pasting from the
menu.

to happen when trying to branch from any git:// URL.

So I looked through the code and did some tests and I think the actual
word wrapping is behaving as intended, unlike in bug #277133. The issue
is a bit finer here in that we should actually be resizing the space
alloted to the text based on it's length. So if you need a few more

Here is a potential patch to liblauncher trunk (0.3). I wasn't able to
actually test it because netbook-launcher currently isn't working with
liblauncher0.3 but it's an idea anyway.

The consensus seems to be that this is a video driver bug and that it
seems to be fixed in Lucid as Antti and others pointed out. I'm

I ran into this upgrading from Karmic last night. I had no wifi and
Jockey gave an error when I tried to activate the Broadcom STA driver. I
ran dpkg-reconfigure linux-image-2.6.32-13-generic and then was able to
activate the driver and wifi now works. I am attaching the
/var/lib/dkms/bcmwl/ dir
After talking with Milan and others on IRC, it looks like my patch is
pretty pointless. On the other hand, the new UI is slick and looks nice
for typical users. I think maybe we want to solve these mass-user
issues elsewhere.

TEST CASE:
1) Open up Kalzium
2) Click on Molecular Editor in tool bar
3) Go to Edit tab
4) Change Bond Order dropdown from Single to Double or Triple
5) Click and drag to create a new bond in the main window
EXPECTED RESULT:
A single bond should look like two spheres with a single stick
I can confirm this happens in Ubuntu 9.10 for both version 4.3.2 and
backported 4.3.4 . Here's what I get from the terminal if I open kalzium
and draw a double carbon bond and a triple carbon bond.
