Does anybody (Canonical?) even try to fix this bug?
I'm running 12.04, which should be LTS and thus quite stable.
Unfortunately due this bug /home filled up, since it generated million lines of:
(indicator-weather:2252): LIBDBUSMENU-GLIB-CRITICAL **:
dbusmenu_menuitem_build_variant: assertion
And as side effect of filled /home nobody was able to login to Unity
after reboot. Luckily I had enough knowledge to use terminal and so on.
But due bugs like this it is very hard to recommend Ubuntu (Linux) as
replacement of some other OS for people with less knowledge or interest
to play with
It did it again. This time I took a starce of it.

And this would be useful. if you want to attach those reports to existing bug.
Now there doesn't seem to be that possibility.
To do that one needs to access text console (ie alt+ctrl+f1) to be able to save
(there keep) the bug report generated by apport-bug.

Yes, last command should show also graphical logins. I don't know how
long this has been broken for me, maybe since gdm was replaced with
lightdm. So, it is also true that this might be something desktop users
won't use much.

I was incapable to make nvidia to work with linux-
image-3.4.0-030400rc1-generic or linux-image-3.4.0-030400rc2-generic due
these issues:

Anyway, managed to get it work with vanilla 3.4rc1 kernel:
And after second boot to 3.4.0-rc1-vanillaice this occured again.
Fixed with:

hhmmm... should I do a script and run that always or something...

That computer isn't suspended, it happens usually after fresh boot and
in login screen. But mouse has frozen few times after login as well.
I tried quickly with

But unfortunately those tricks can't be done by other users of this PC.

I also checked with tcpdump and rhythmbox doesn't even send any request to
Musicbrainz like Banshee does.

I cannot reproduce it anymore.
Apparently there is no need to enable the account after password is set. That's
good.
But there is another usability problem (maybe this should be reported somewhere

Same thing is happening to my HP mini 5102.
I just updated it (today), not sure when it was updated earlier, within 6-10
days.
Alhtough I may have restarted it few times without problems after updates, not
sure though.
Last line for me is:

And one more note: for me this started after whole system hanged, no
mouse nor keyboard responded - so I shut it down with power buttom.
