For me it seems that the the problem is libkdecore5. After I've upgraded
it, I've noticed that my programs menu has changed - from Bulgarian to
English language. And after that the message You have the language with
code... has started to appear every time I've tried to use
SettingsSystem
On my system there are more localization related files (incl. *.desktop
file) in /usr/share/locale-kdelibs4/.

I can also confirm this bug with at least 3 different aplications
-Phatch, Filezilla, Truecrypt. When this happens, temporary fix is to
change the current gtk theme. This restores the menu until application
is closed. But on the next run the menubar is hidden again.
** Changed in: wxwidgets2.8
The same is happening in Ubuntu 10.10.

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: celestia
When launched celestia-gnome does not load in Bulgarian language. MO
file for this language is included in package celestia-common. It seems,
that this problem is only with celestia-gnome, celestia-kde is running
with translated interface.
