I do disable wireless, modprode -r iwpagn modle.
It just hang when I use ethernet, I can ping it but can't ssh into it.

Here come the #1 of 3 log
Xorg.0.log without any /etc/X11/xorg.conf file, this result in a blank
screen, sounds/keyboard works fine, I can type my user/pw to login, I
know it works even there is a blank screen in X. I do remote ssh login
to touch /etc/X11/xorg.conf then poweroff it.

This log is with the empty xorg.conf file I just created by touch. This
result in a screen something like the description in TVout quirks. When
you maximize a windows, it's right border just outside of the screen,
using 1360*768.

I am using wireless(intel 5300) when I reported this bug. I can't ping/ssh
in when it hang. I have openssh-server installed.
I will report back when I use it near my router so I have a Ethernet
connection.

Tips for who unable to boot the system to apply the package update.
Try add rootdelay=60 or bigger to kernel options in grub, this works for
my x200.

This machine has pass 24h mprime test in console. But it hangs a lot in
X(gnome). I have disabled all visual effects in
system-Preference-Appearance.

This issue hits me after I installed karmic. But I don't find any
/etc/gconf/gconf.xml.system.
