I confirm what Bruno Leon stated. This bug is NOT fixed. With package gnome-keyring2.92.92.is.2.30.3-0ubuntu1.1 a default keyring file omissão.keyring (note the tilde...) is created when I launch, for example, Evolution. With this default file keyring usage is broken.
