I upgraded from kubuntu intrepid to jaunty with update-notifier-kde. At reboot no plasma-widget-networkmanager installed. No way to install it with kubuntu, because no internet connection utility for my 3G usb. Neither KPPP worked. I had the GNOME DE too and I connected with it to the internet.
