I am sorry that I was wrong two hours ago.
I found out that if you choose English at the boot menu of live CD, than you
choose 繁體中文 while installation and the time format will displayed well.
However, if you choose 繁體中文 at the boot menu of live CD, the time format will
still display as squares.
