Angel Guzman Maeso, could you please test the latest upstream kernel
(v3.11-rc6) available following https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds ?
It will allow additional upstream developers to examine the issue. Please do

Hi again penalvch,
I finally figure out how to update the BIOS from a USB stick without
using Windows. With v1.15 version still shows the same errors like hid-
generic 0003:046D:C315.0003: can't reset device,
:00:1d.0-1.2.4/input0, status -71:
# sudo dmidecode -s bios-version sudo dmidecode
Angel Guzman Maeso, could you please confirm this issue exists with the

http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ . If the issue remains,
could you please run the following command in the development release
from a Terminal
Angel Guzman Maeso, as per http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers
an update is available for your BIOS (1.15). If you update to this, does
it change anything?
If not, could you please both specify what happened, and provide the output of
the following terminal command:
sudo dmidecode -s
penalvch, this is my current output:
# sudo dmidecode -s bios-version sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date
V1.06
05/07/2010
I gonna try to update (since I don't have windows partition I don't know
if I can update the BIOS software from a GNU/Linux system).
I will post my results later in this
