Hi all,
I have the same problem with a HP Palvilion dv6915nr and Ubuntu 8.10 updated
from 8.04 (I had no time on the 8.04 making the built in microphone working,
but by default it did not work even on Ubuntu 8.04).
My audio card is: nVidia Corporation MCP67 High Definition Audio (rev

I have ran the alsa-info script. It uploaded succesfully. Sorry it took
so long, I didn't understand how to execute it. I have been checking
mike again since I am running the 8.10 beta. It is still not working.
