kipi-plugins needs to depend on konqueror, as it needs KHTML for GPSSync kipi
plugin. See upstream bug for details:

Yes, this might be a bit KDE-ish and not friendly to GNOME users.
I think dolphin might not be needed at all, while any web-browser could
work instead of konqueror (and each user have at least one). Maybe just
downgrading them to Suggest would be fine for now. Will talk with Debian
how this
