I installed package dmz-cursor-theme. I cannot reproduce the bug.
But as you can see in the screenshot - only several mouse icons are replaced
with selected theme. Other icons, including resize window, are used form oxygen
theme.
If someone has GNOME with installed KDE over top of it, maybe

Looks like the same problem is with several other cursor themes from
GNOME

In KDE4 if choose DMZ (White) mouse cursor theme it sets wrong corner
