What was the problem testing that patch? Two weeks has passed and still
there's no patched package. It's a pity. I'm using that patch during all
this time and no problems was detected using common Ubuntu software.

Is there any chance to see patched package in jaunty-updates? This patch
was included in original jaunty package 2.26.0-0ubuntu4 but not in
2.26.1-0ubuntu1. What was the reason to remove it? Sorry for my little
anger, I manage several dozens of office ubuntu machines (they accept
only security
