om26er , i don't think it's a feature request, because isn't a new
feature, it's an annoying thing that the user look when he try to
compile a playlist with drag and drop, in gnome. this thing it's
possible, but the player go away when user click on the song in
nautilus, and he must go with the
task that is not implemented in an app is a new feature.

Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. However, a paper cut
should be a small usability issue , in the default Ubuntu 9.10 install ,
that affects many people and is quick and easy to fix. So this bug can't
be addressed as part of the project.
this is a feature request so not a papercut
The media players should not loose focus while dragging a media file
into them from a directory behind.
This results in difficulty in creating playlists and playing a file in
quick sucession.
