I have seen this once in 9.10, however I don't really remember what
happened to make it happen. I think I may have just rebooted and it went
away.

I'm not saying it is.. I'm just saying that I only saw it once, and when
I rebooted it went away.. Since you are having the issue in lucid, it
may not be a one time only thing and may need some TLC. :-)

You are correct, Lucid - which is at an *early* alpha/beta stage - is
not bugless and never will be. All large software projects have bugs
including software that costs millions of dollars.
That is why bug trackers exist to help report
