Would it be enough to mark dependencies which do not come from Ubuntu
with a special tag in the Dependencies.txt attachment, and add a field
ThirdPartyPackages: yes (and a corresponding tag) to bug reports? E.
g.
libfoo 1.2 [Origin: LP-PPA-pitti]
That's what apt specifies as origin for PPAs.
