Final freeze for unseeded Universe/Multiverse packages will start at Noon UTC on October 6. After that, all uploads will be reviewed by the release team. The final deadline for uploading unseeded Universe/Multiverse packages will be Noon UTC on October 9. After that the archive will be completely frozen (modulo unexpected emergencies).
