Perhaps the ubuntu developers might want to consider using a graphical installer bootloader in the next release (hardy). I'm currently using ubuntu studio gutsy, and I think the gnome desktop is great ;) my notebook's LCD is well recognized at 1280x800. So I think it's a bit ironic that it still
